come from Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corporation. The main business
scope includes producing and sourcing varieties of automobile spare
parts. our company has established many years cooperation with many
customers from Europe and North America.
Our
company produces automobile spare parts and other components. our
company independently designs and develops anti-lock brake system
(ABS) products, disc and drum type brakes, clutches. They are
widely used in many kinds automobiles.
Currently, our company has 5 or 6 close partners
who are specialized in manufacturing and processing (funded each
other).
|Mechanical processing factory (main equipment
includes CNC, numerical-controlled lathe and mill).
|Cold forging and extrusion factory (specialized
in producing automobile standard parts of small and large size as
well as tailor-made parts of large quantities. The main equipment
include cold forging machine, cold extrusion machine
numerical-controlled machine).
|Nonmetallic (plastic and rubber) factory
(Several sets injection molding machine from **0g to
***0g).
|Die casting factory (specialized in producing
pressure casting auto parts from small to large size. The casting
tonnage ranges from **5T****0T low pressure metal mode casting,
around *5 sets).
|Precise die forging factory (specialized in
producing common and precise die forged auto parts. There are
**0T****0T friction press, several sets).
|Precise foundry (specialized in producing common
and precise casting parts. The material includes HT,QT and the
non-ferrous casting parts)
