The natural rubber
manufacturing process begins with harvesting latex from rubber
trees. Harvesting latex from rubber trees starts with scoring or
cutting into the bark of the tree. Latex flows into a cup attached
to the bottom of the cut in the tree. The latex material from many
trees is accumulated in large tanks.

SINCE ***8. For natural latex, we have NR latex high amonia (HA)
and low amonia (LA) *0% DRC, using centrifuged method to purify and
make great solid content of latex *0% DRC. For dry natural rubber,
we have invested in both production lines of Ribbed Smoked Sheets
(RSS3 is the vast type we make), and standard Vietnamese Rubber
(SVR), we produce the most popular grades including: SVR3L, SVR*0,
SVR*0, SVR CV*0, SVR CV*0. Besides, we also innovate the grade with
mixture of SVR3L (*5%) and SBR ***2 (5%), similar with that mixture
of SVR*0 (*5%) and SBR ***2 (5%).
We have long relationship with many customers who are factories of
different types of industry: medical devices: catheters,
tracheostomy tubes, surgical gloves and examination gloves in
China, Turkey, Egypt, Lybia; latex condoms factories in China,
rubber band market in Pakistan, China; Shoes soles in China,
Turkey. balloon market in China, Pakistan, Turkey; sport shoes
materials including natural rubber latex for sport shoes soles,
adhesives, RSS3 for shoes soles; Most importly is very big market
of Tyres producers in China, Turkey, Korea, Japan, rubber belts and
gaskets. Were following the FSC of developing and producing natural
rubber sustainably of Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA) and
exporting bigger amount of natural rubber for EUROPE market.
