Production Methods
The products is elastic solid made by butadiene monomer and styrene uses advanced techniques of Du Pont, USA.
CH2=CH-CH=CH2 + CH2=CH-CH=CH2 ——techniques of Du Pont—→ —[CH*-CH=CH-CH2]n—
Production Processes：Preparation and measurement of catalysts, terminators and antioxidants, butadiene polymerization, glue solution condensation and dehydration. It’s adopt continuous solution polymerization technology.

Application Scope
The products are widely applied to make automobile tyres, rubber footwear, hoses, tapes, insulating layer and sheath, damping materials and other general rubber products.

Usage
The customer's original formula except natural rubber proportion by the following adjustment other formula remain unchanged.
1、The Korea LG prime grade Polybutadiene Rubber can replace off grade's about *5~*5% to produce various types of car, motorcycle and bicycle.
2、It can replace off grade's about *5~*5% to produce electrical wiring and cables, hoses, bridge rubber, sports shoe soles.
3、It can replace off grade's about *5~*5% to produce conveying belts.

Banbury mixer(fused together with other rubber)——(Roll mixer)——Mixing Of Rubber Compounds ——Process Shaping ——Vulcanization
