LINA *5L banbury mixer/kneader machine:with Taiwan technical drawings, advanced technology in China and imported core components, this machine has charactered itself as environmental-friendly, high-efficiency and good dispersing effect, with human-orientated design and easy to reload and clean, it has been recognized by factory lab, universities and R&D institutions for recipe researching and small-scale production. It can also be used in electric wire, cable, electronics, sole, sports equipments and auto parts industries for rubber, plastic and chemical production mixing and plasticizing.

Technical advantages: core technologies and drawings are introduced from Taiwan.
1. the banburying chamber is coated with a layer of chromium in thickness of 0.***0.*8mm, thicker than similar products,service life of the chamber is vastly extended.
2. sealing ring at rotor shaft end is subject to our exclusive technology and provides excellent sealing performance.
3. the gear reducer is made of *2 chromium-molybdenum high-rigidity material, subjected to nitridation treatment, with hardened tooth surface and large torsion.
4. excellent abrasion resistance, low noise,long service life but with less energy consumption.
5. discharging by reverse rotation is applied in main unit to ensure easy cleaning.
