~The Liquid to Liquid Thermal Shock Test Chamber is designed to meet a severe requirements on tests, by using stirring liquid medium instead of circling air to make thermal transfer. It consists of two parts: high temperature liquid bath ( preheated zone) and low temperature liquid bath (precooled zone). The chamber put the samples to the high and low temperature zone by turns through a mechanical gear transmission to replicate the environment change from high temperature to low temperature. It is widely used to estimate the suitability and reliability of the products, while facing rapid change temperature environment, of defense industry, aerospace industry, automatic components, auto-parts, electrical devices and meters components, electronics in electrical engineering industry, semiconductor and related materials to judge whether they are up to standard. Therefor the test will support any modification and improvement estimation.
