CONIEX’s high performance lost wax silicone rubbers are specially designed to create moulds using the lost wax technique which are so often used in the jewellery industry so as in other steel industrial applications. Lost Wax Silicone Rubber Product Delivery: It comes in convenient boxes measuring **0x**5x*5 mm which contain approximately 5,**0 Kg of silicone rubber, depending on the density, laminated in seven **0x**0x*0 mm sheets. Other colour or presentations are available on request EASY TO WORK WITH: CONIEX silicone has low raw viscosity, which makes it possible to incrust the piece and place it in the mould by simply pressing with your fingers. It is major time-saver. NO NEED FOR TALC OR MOULD REMOVAL SPRAY: the wax is instantly removed without using talc or spray, due to the quality of the silicone and its flexibility. EASY TO CUT: CONIEX silicone moulds are easier to cut than conventional rubber. They are very smooth to cut with a scalpel. They also allow make moulds of 2 or more parts using fine talc as a separator/mould remover. HIGH TEAR RESISTANCE: The most difficult cuts are possible due to its high tear resistance, high elasticity and shape recovery. VERY GLOSSY FINISH: if the original is glossy, the wax copies will also have a glossy finish. LESS CONTRACTION: CONIEX silicone mould contract less than conventional rubber, between 2,5 and 3%. HIGH RESISTANCE TO AGEING: Moulds made with this silicone remain in perfect condition for many years.
