1. Sludge dewatering and drying is combined in one set. Sludge can be directly reduced from *9% to *0%, with simple working flow.
2. Temperature during dewatering and drying is around *5℃. The process is safe without dust. 
3. The process is in closed structure, without odor emission, no need of installation of installation of complex deodorization devices 
4. Using multi-effect dehumidification heat pump, drying produces no waste heat. 
5. No need for strong oxidant, such as lime, ferric chloride. So dried solid will not be increased and maintain high calorific value, which makes dried sludge suitable for reutilization, such as gasfication, incineration, blended-buring, and to be used as cement material and land filling.
