5, Q: Do you provide samples before I order?

A: Yes, sure. Before mass production, we can do samples for your checking, after sample approved, we will go ahead with mass production. But before sample production, you have to pay small sample fee, all the sample fee will refund you if quantity not less than5**0pcs.

6.What's the format of artwork do you need for printing?

AI, PDF, Indd file are all available for us.

7, Q: What's the payment way?

A: T/T: *0%deposit before mass production, pay the balance before shipping.Except bank wire, you can also send via West Union or Paypal.

8, Q: Which shipping mode should I choose?
