Overview
LWE intelligent universal electronic flow meter (hereinafter referred as the meter) is a new type of intelligent mechatronical speed flowmeter. It absorbs the features of the single velocity flowmeter of the traditional speed flowmeter, innovates the structure and improves the accuracy. It finishes the error correction of internal system through the microcomputer, so the measurement accuracy reaches to 0.5 Grade, the flowmeter has large turndown ratio, small startup flow. It could measure micro flow, with no clogging. The flowmeter does not require too much for the medium, with the oil, sand, mud, and the mixture liquid, it can still fully work properly.
 
Operating Principle
Its one of single velocity flowmeters, in its structure, the single impeller is hung in a side of the pipe, which is rotated by the liquid driving, and it is converted into an electric signal by the sensor, the flow value can be obtained after the amplifying, rectifying and calculating.
