Magnetic Cylinder of HCR utilizes high quality steel imported from Europe, high strength magnets and glue, to ensure the cylinder’s long terms stability. The outer circle accuracy ensure stability and precision when rotary die cutting. Magnetic Cylinder must equipped with the same high quality flexible Die.

Application：

Magnetic Cylinder applied to rotary press with rotary die-cutting seat.Include full rotary letterpress ï¼Œfull rotary flex o  press，full rotary combined press，intermittent letterpress ï¼Œintermittent combination press and so on. Magnetic Cylinder also widely used in commercial form machine，envelope machine，full rotary die cutting machine that for special processing.

Technical Specifications:

1.Magnetic Cylinder of HCR is designed as “Bolted Bearer” with Bearers hardened to *0 – *2 Rockwell, to ensure the cylinder’s durability and stability.  

2.Use high quality permanent magnet ensure strong adsorption capacity. As for small diameter roller,part of the region use super magnet to ensure the knife plate not move on the roller surface which caused by material friction . 

3.Each of the cylinder equipped with an gear according to the design requirement of machine manufacturer. The precision machining and anti-rust treatment is one of the key for normal operating.

4.Choose excellent stability and high strength glue make sure the surface of magnetic cylinder roundness and smoothness.

5.The outer circle accuracy, shoulder, body and shaft of roller within the scope of 3 micron. Precise roundness is the first condition of uniform rotary die-cutting.

6.Interval precision between shoulder and body within the scope of 1micron, which in line with international standard.
