working principle:
The material is evenly fed to the upper magnetic field area of the rotating semi-magnetic drum through the mechanical swing feeding device, and the magnetic material is adsorbed on the drum surface and rotates with the drum. Because magnetic materials and non-magnetic materials have different magnetic force in the magnetic field, magnetic particles are adsorbed on the surface of the drum by magnetic force in the magnetic field, and are thrown off when they are brought to the non-magnetic field area. Due to the different magnetic force, non-magnetic and weak magnetic particles have different throwing trajectories. The stronger the magnetism is, the closer it is to the drum when it is thrown away. The surrounding direction adopts alternating magnetic field and swings with a certain angle and period, so as to achieve the function of separation.
