 PRODUCT TYPE
MAKS Derm is a hand and skin disinfectant on alcohol base. It is formulated as a hygienic and surgical hand disinfectant for frequent use. Alcohol based hand disinfection. Well tolerated by the skin; does not contain compounds that may cause irritation or sensitivity. It is dermatological safe and those who have sensitive and allergic type skins are recommended to use the product for the disinfection of hands and the skin. Biocidal product (Product Type*1)

INTENDED USE
MAKS Derm, hand and skin disinfectant is recommended for the human hygiene. Used as disinfecting aid for hand and skin disinfection.
APPLICATION AREAS
Used for the disinfection of hands and the skin, and hygienic and surgical scrubbing, before wearing and after taking off gloves, and before surgical operations, excisions, punctures, injections, skin antisepsis, and after touching patients ‘skins (e.g., for pulse and blood pressure chech, and physical examination), and patient care, and for the disinfection of hands moving from a dirty area to a clean area. Use before contacting with neutropenic and room, and in insasive interventions, in places where the number of hand wash basins is not sufficient, in units where workload and number of patients are high,and for the disinfection of the skin areas with intense sebaceous glands. It is recommended for use in cooling compresses.

APPLICATION METHOD AND DOSAGE
MAKS DERM ready to use hand and skin disinfectant to be used by rubbing; dermal applications, and preparation of cold compress:
Hygienic hand disinfection: Spread the product over the skin, and leave the skin moist for *0 seconds.
Surgical hand disinfection: spread the product over the skin and forearms, and leave the skin moist for 3 minutes.

WARNINGS
Read the product label and Use Instructions cerefully.For hand and skin disinfection, use without diluting. Make sure there is no visible contamination on hands, and hands and the skin are not wet. Use as necessary. It will be effective until the next contamination. Avoid using on mucous membranes, and around eyes. Flammable; Flash point: *3°C. Keep away from the sources of fire, and electrical appliances. Do not inhale its vapour or particles. Do not use if the seal under the cap is torn or broken. In case of accidental release, take measures against fire and explosion. Appropriate measures: the released, solution must be absorbed and diluted with water, and the room must be ventilated and ignition sources must be removed. Shelf life is 2 years in dry and well ventilated areas, at temperatures between 5°C and *5°C.Keep the product in its container, and away from the sight and reach of children.
