MECHANICAL FEATURES

1) Axis and key
All of alternator rotors should pass balance test, whose vibrations are lower than the minimum of BS***1, P1, G2.5 two bearing alternator has a half-key testing balance

2) Terminal and control box

The alternator had 4 leads brought out to the terminals in the terminal box. Output 4 wire control box with voltage meter switch and indicator light

3)Levels of protection

Protection class IP*3, insulation class H, protecting the alternator work under corrosive environment.

4)Engine adaptor and coupling

Single or two bearings construction with dynamically balanced rotor and sealed-for-life bearings
