Sheetray is your eyes in these factories. With Sheetray’s help, you are always looking at receiving good products on time. Here is how we handle During-Production Inspection job: 
1.Before we start the inspection job, we would contact frequently with clients about the product specification. We need to make sure we catch all the requirements on this product. 
2.After reviewed all the specifications and received the factory informations, we would then quote the total inspection cost for this project. 
3.Then comes the main part of our job, we would contact the factory regularly from the beginning to the end of this proejct. We would go to check the production regularly to make sure any mistakes occurred on the products would be checked out by Sheetray, and then informed to you on time. 
4.The follows are what we need to check each time: 
● Production quality: check all the products according to clients’
● drawings/specifications. Inspection report would be completed and sent to clients at the same day.
● Quantity: check the quantity for each product, and feedback to the clients. 
Production status: each time when we are in the factory, we would record the production status for each product, and the expected completion date. Provide these information to the clients 
5.Besides, since Sheetray workers have great experience in metal field, if any problems occurred during the production, Sheetray would also provide our solution for you and then negotiate with factories.
