Product features

â—The PVC modifier product has excellent modification effect with less dosage, which follows EU ROHS Directive, eco-friendly and without secondary pollution. The PVC impact modifier has good compatibility and doesnt precipitate, which is the preferred choice of environmental protection efficient modifier in PVC industry.

â—The PVC impact modifier have good modification effect. And has excellent processing performance, makes the products appearance gloss improved greatly, with moderate hardness and the synergistic effect of thermal stability enhanced. Also have functions of antioxidant and light stability, to improve the weather resistance and heat resistance of various PVC products.

â— The PVC modifier as acrylic modified product, except the features of ACR201 and P-20, it can replace the MBS modifier by whole. The dosage is 85%-95% MBS of original formula, which has better effect and more excellent performance.

Usage advice

â—When the manufacturers use WS-701M, all formulas keep the same, except the change of ACR and MBS. According to the original formula of MBS and ACR modification system, and as per technical requirement of the products, users should adjust the product dosage correspondingly to achieve the best using effect.

â— When using WS-701M, as the modifier has good fluidity, users should decrease 0.1-0.3phr of ACR or P-20 correspondingly if there is in original formula, and reduce 0.1-0.2phr of external lubricant 70S.

Packing and transportation

â— The product should be stored in dry and cool place with air ventilation, and pay attention to moisture proof.

â— The product packed in plastic woven bag lined with PE bag,25kgnet weight per bag.
