Introduction:

medicine plate separation and recycling (pharmaceutical packaging separation and recycling) is mainly used for separating various of medicine sheet (medical packaging, bottle, aluminum-plastic packaging, medicine  leftover material), can also be applied to all kinds of metal and nonmetal composites such as aluminum-plastic plate, car decoration,cable skin,plastic extruder filter,leather,  ornaments, cable car extruder filter and so on.The  aluminum-plastic composites are separated by crushing, feeding, milling decomposition, screening, dust collecting, vibration, air pressure,feeding back, electric separation and other series of processes. metal recovery rate can reach *9.8%, purity of plastic is more than *9.7%.  It adopts  physical method ,namely ,dry method separation ,which doesn’t involve the heating, fire,water and other chemical raw materials,therefore no pollution will be produced. It has the features with low cost, high efficiency, small space.full set of assembly line uses PLC control, only need to  **2 person.This process has received four national patents.Patent No. ***********2.5, ***********4.4, ***********4 .4xand ***********8.7 .
