Reverse Engineering, appearance, structure design
1, the appearance design:
Innovation is the soul of design, this stage is the core of the whole product development. It is through market research and analysis to determine the market positioning and basic design, through constant communication, screening, and improve, until the concept is precise defined that fits the market and the consumers.

2, Structure design:
Structure design is the key to achieve the product features. On the basis of well knowing its function knowledge, follow the appearance design and all the components to determine the inner physical dimension and assembly relations, give full consideration to the mold production, complete the most reasonable structure design.

3, Reverse engineering
As a new concept of product developing, reverse engineering combines 3D measurement, CAD, rapid prototyping and other high-tech, using the laser machine as the beginning, scan the production piece, prototype and model for at high speed to get the their accurate 3D profile data, then use special reverse engineering software to reconstruct the 3D design, build the entity at last.

Processing and Manufacturing of various types of prototypes
1, CNC rapid prototyping (hardware, plastic):
CNC rapid prototyping manufacturing is a traditional processing, with removing the excess material of the rough pieces to get the required prototype. From a technical point of view, it is a processing method that combines CAD, CAM, CNC and other advanced technology to get the 3D model from digging the block of material in the CNC Center.
