        The roll system consists of gluing roll, metering roll, Backup roll, turning roll and other rolls, among which the backup roll’s has the largest size. It serves as the key component of the coater, which greatly influences the controlling of thickness and uniformity of the coating. Coaters produced by our company were assembled with a high precision, the radial beat of backup roll is only 0.*1mm.

        Rolls of coaters are with the surface roughness at Ra0.2, and parallelism between rolls is 0.**5mm.
