CapsulCN’s manual capsule filling machines help speed the capsule filling process for R&D work, small clinical trials or other small operations.
***-hole hand-held capsule filling machine utilizes an advanced design for fool-proof manual filling of two-piece capsules. There is no need for expensive capsule filling equipment and electrical/vacuum connections. It manually fills **0 capsules per cycle and can produce up to 1,****3,**0 capsules an hour.
 

HOW TO USE THE CN***0M

• Close the gate which should be facing towards you
• Pour a generous amount of capsules into the loader
• Gently shake the capsules into the holes.
• Pour off excess capsules
• Fix the loader to the Collector using the peg holes in line I.
• With your right hand push the side of the loader to the left to drop the capsules down onto the Collector. 
• Pour a generous amount of capsules onto the loader again.
• Close the gate and shake the capsules into the holes.
• Pour of the excess capsules.
• Fix the loader to the Collector using the peg holes in line II.
• With your right hand push the side of the loader to the left to drop the capsules down onto the Collector.
• Remove the Loader and put it to one side.
• Close the cover and push the clip in to lock the cover.
• Now lock the body sheet by swinging the lever under it, outwards.
• Take the Collector by both handles and lift it off. Put it safely to one side.
• Release the lever and push it back under the body plate.
• Fix the powder guard to the body plate using the steel pegs as guides. (The powder tray should be to the right.)
• Pour on the powder and use the spreader to fill the capsules.
• If the capsules are not full, take the tamping tool and compress the powder.
• Repeat the filling process.
• Remove the powder guard.
• Take the Collector and, using the stainless steel pegs as guides, fix it to the body plate.
• Place your thumbs on either side of the cover. Hold the lifting plate (at the very bottom) with your remaining fingers and pull it up and down until you feel the capsules are locked. 
• Open the cover and check 5 capsules to see if they are completely locked.

If the capsules top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right and one from the centre are completely locked, ALL the capsules are completely locked.
