Mexican Cocobolo with CITES

I have one of the only two official licenses in Mexico to sell Dalbergia Retusa (Mexican Cocobolo) with CITES certification.

Mexican Cocobolo is well known to be the highest quality of this wood of the Dalbergia's family. Such fact has led to a large illegal deforestation and traffic of this wood to China, but Mexican Government has taken strong actions to fight this practice. Such action has caused major losses to crime organizations from both Mexico and China.

Nowadays there is only **5 m3 authorized and subject for CITES certification, and I hold **0 m3 of that total. Most of this sock is being turned into prme lumber pieces, primarily for the industru of music instruments, and some other high-end veneer applications.

However, there are *1 m3 available for sale on roll and squared logs. Price ranges from $7,**0/m3 up to $*1,**0/m3 depending upon buyers' specifications.

For all of ***5 there is only an additional *0 m3 to be realeased in additional permits for Cocobolo by Mexican Government, already under contract with me. Last m3 of Dalbergia Retusa authorized n Mexico were back in ***2, in despite of the huge volume smmugled over the past 3 years, which led to such strong legislation about it.
