“MPW” offers a classic range of Helical / Crane Duty Gearboxes are made from high quality raw materials and thus yield better performance and high efficiency. Designed and developed by our experts and engineers, these gear boxes one built on modular concept of construction conformation to be standards with respect to sizes, dimensions. Crane duty gearboxes are durable and have a longer life. There is use of anti-friction type bearings for having an accurate tolerance between the gear centers. A positive seal prevents oil leakage at high/low speed shafts. They are available to suit the requirement of many applications. This provides economics mass production, comprehensive maintenance of stocks, favorable delivery period and easy of servicing.

The “MICRO” helical gear units use hardened, high graded alloy steel helical gears immersed completely in oil. The housing could be made either of steel or graded cast iron. These gearboxes are designed to meet long service life without any special maintenance. All gearboxes conform to international standards. The gear reduction efficiency obtained is over *5% per reduction. Computer aided design is adopted for obtaining compact and robust gearboxes with required factor of safety.

Single stage, Two stage and Three stage Horizontal gear units are recommended for Hoist, Long Travel drive and cross travel drives of the EOT crane.
