Microencapsulation: The art of our science

Our bio-tech experts started to research and develop the microencapsulation technology for functional processing and finishing textiles before more than ten years. Our company is a high-tech enterprise, specially engaged in the functional finishing processing textiles using microencapsulation technology.

Microencapsulation technology belongs to a high-tech field of controlled release. Principle is that the essence and bactericide is coated using high molecular materials to form a small ball of core-shell structure. The fragrance in the ball is released through the molecules' gaps on the shell outward, and the release rate can be artificially controlled. The diameters of the microcapsules are generally between ***0 microns, and the aqueous suspension of microcapsules per milliliter contains about ********0 ten thousands of the capsules. There are about 7 to *0 ten thousands of microcapsules per square centimeter reacted to the fibers of the socks. Ordinary microcapsules are stuck on fiber by adhesive action, don't washable. Our products adopt bonding technology to make the microcapsules react with fiber to form a whole, so the antibacterial rate is quite higher. The antibacterial agent used by our company is oil soluble and therefore the products have a lasting effect, more powerful preventing and removing beriberi function, efficient addition odor component. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. Our technicians use the nonpoisonous and edible materials as the coatings of microcapsules, which are able to be biodegradable, not to pollute the environment.
2. Especially, we can, by people, adjust and control the speed and time of releasing the active ingredient in microcapsules.
3. Microcapsule technology makes the active ingredient be encapsulated with high molecular materials. Thus the microcapsule separates the ingredient from sunlight, oxygen, acids and alkalis. The active ingredient volatilizes and degrades slowly through the semipermeable holes on the microcapsule's shell and its effective duration can be prolonged to 3 to 6 months, even longer.
4. The active ingredient after microencapsulaed uses water as a deflocculant. Water can't catch fire and is no toxicity. It is very safe.
5. No chemicals
1) The core-shell formed is the edible materials.
2) All of the ingredients in microcapsules are extracted from plants or Chinese herbs, such as Artemisia argyi oil, lavender oil, Russianolive flowers, milk incense, etc., allowing customers to choose.
3) Its medium is water.
