A standard meal pack consists of:

•8oz/**7g Main Entree/Dish (Chicken Curry w. Potato or Beef Stew w. Potato and vegetables or Mutton Strew or Chicken w. Tomato sauce or Pasta w. Bolognese sauce and vegetables or Vegetarian Chili with beans or Chicken noodle stew or dry fruit or egg noodles in tomato sauce or beans stew with vegetarian meat, lamb with vegetables )

•5oz/**0g Side Dish (Plain rice or noodles or spaghetti or potato)

•2oz/*7g Raisin & Mixed Nuts or dried fruits (banana, pineapple, papaya)

•2oz/*0g Biscuit/Cookies or Wheat Bread

•Instant Beverage Mix (Orange, Strawberry, Lemonade, Fruit punch, Grape)

•Coffee, Sugar, Creamer
