ELC**8 range offers *-line LCD display and keypad for manual programming, program modification or display and control whilst program is running. An expansion port allows the connection of up to *0 expansion modules, extending the I/O channel count and adding Ethernet and SMS text communication capabilities. Now it is also possible to use the analog output module to solve simple closed-loop control tasks. Heating and cooling systems can be designed with the RTD PT**0 module using special functions for PI control, ramp response and analog multiplexer.
