Mono layer blown film line a lot of new technique and technology such as Spiral type stationery or Rotating die head, dual-lip cooling ring, bubble stabilizing device, Height adjustable take off unit, corona treatment station, central-guide friction and central winder, anti-slip embossing, adjustable edge-folding and forming. The line adopts automatic microcomputer control, equipped with colorful touch screen, integrated with HMI developed by ourselves, to accomplish most of line operation and control, and achieve functions such as on-line help, production record, on-line inspection, safety protection and startup protection.
