Planet Herbs Morning Fresh is a food fibre containing powdered psyllium seed husk with a orange flavour. It is used for mild diarrhoea, chronic constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. A daily serving of Morning Fresh improves digestion and the regularity of the bowels. Research has also shown that psyllium also helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Use & indications: Use for occasional or chronic constipation, and for constipation associated with irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, haemorrhoids, convalescence and pregnancy.
