PREMIUM PISTON RODS FOR TRIPLEX MUD PUMP
.HOGBO Premium Piston Rods are manufactured to exacting standards to meet today's tough oilfield requirements and fits all pistons manufactureed to API 7K.
.HONGBO piston rods are made with premium-grade,heat-treated alloy steel and available for a wide range of triplex mud pump.This rod offers ecellent resistance to fatigue,corrosion,and heavy loads thanks to its two step heat treated body with phosphatized-finished alloy steel.
.Depending upon different mud pump and requirement from customers.HB has two-piece piston rods performing much faster and much safer once piston changed.

PREMIUMPISTON ROD FOR DUPLEX MUD PUMP
.With resistant funtions of abraslves,corrosion,and heavy loads,this rod is preferring to  a better heat-treated alloy steel bar fuse coated with a layer of nickel chrome boron.Also featuring a precision ground OD,and numrically controlled machining of the ends to tighter than authorized API specifications,the rod can be used for all pumps in oilfield.The rod's excellent fatigue resistance is accentuated by a  fully interchangeable,but exclusive,modified thread root design. 

EXTENSION RODS
.HONGBO Extension Rods are made from high strength alloy steel,heat treated or chrome plated.The rod offers xcellent resistance to fatigue,corrosion,and heavy loads.They are so machined and polished to ensure a perfect steel for protection of the mud pump gear end.

CLAMPS
.HONGBO offers a full range of clamps for combining pison rods to extension rods.Machining tolerances are strictly controlled to assure proper assemble and alignment of the adjoining components.HB clamps are furnished complete with all required hardware.
