Multilayer pipes PERT/AL/PERT

Mingshi Multilayer pipe mainly including PEX/AL/PEX, PERT/AL/PERT multilayer pipes, buttwelding/overlapped, for GAS/WATER supplying, underfloor heating systems.
Consists of continuous aluminium core with an inner and outer layer made of PEX or PERT that has been cross-linked using silane and can be high temperature-resistant. The three layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers.
 

1. Advantages: high temperature(max 95℃), high pressure (max 10bars) resistant;30% more flow than metal pipe;50-year working life; non-corrosive, hygienic and non-toxic; light in weight and easy to carry and store, economical and ideal for pluming, underfloor heating, gas supplying, radiator-connection, etc.
2. Certified by, AENOR system for Spain, WRAS for UK, SKZ for Germany, ACS,NF,CSTB from France, Gost for Russia, WATERMARK for Australia.
3. Having ISO9080 tested andaccomplished successfully in Spain CEIS, being the 2nd suppliers having this test done in China and it is helpful to get the certificates in many countries against this test report.
4. Pipes are inspected on spot and in-house laboratories, and ILAC labs, as per ISO21003 and other standards.
5. Every meter of pipes are cross-linked by hot water before shipped to customers, to ensure the crosslinking degree is above 65% as required.
6. Sizes cover 15mm,16mm,18mm,20mm,22mm,25mm,26mm,28mm,32mm,40mm,50mm,63mm.
7. 15 Multilayer pipes extrusion lines, to ensure 30-40 days lead time.
