These are Whole Button Mushrooms. Product consists of caps with attached stems in which at least *0% of the stems are not longer than half of the cap diameter.
Buttons
These are Whole Button Mushrooms. Product consists of caps with attached stems at least *5% of which are not longer than 4mm and no stems are longer than 7mm.
Thick Slices
These are Whole Button Mushrooms. Product consists of caps with attached stems at least *5% of which are not longer than 4mm and no stems are longer than 7mm.
Sliced
These are Superior Quality Sliced Mushrooms. Product is made by slicing Whole/Button Mushrooms and *0% of these slices by weight are in the direction approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mushroom.
Superior PNS
These are superior Quality Pieces and Stems mushrooms. Product consists of fairly regular sized units of reasonable integrity, the majority of those being sliced longitudinally. It is distinguishable from regular pieces and stems because of the presence of a fair amount of silhouettes and the slice thickness is 4.5 to 6.0mm.
