Nail Making Die for Wafios Nail Machine

Product introduction:

Nail making die as one part of Nail making accessories, there are different shape, different Angle. This die is for Wafios Nail making machine. We can supply special nail making machine accessories, just as customers drawings and requirements.

 With the wire clamped in dies, shaped cutters hit the opposite end of nail,forming point and later cutting the nail from the residual wire-coil. Finally, the dies open 

and an expelling mechanism push the nails into collection pan. The whole cycle is 

again repeated for making more nails.
