Resistance bands are really good for strength training. I've been using Bodylastics resistance bands and they have been great so far. The results are very encouraging so I am going to continue with these bands. Exercises I follow: Squats, Lunges for Legs. Resisted side bends and Crunches for ABS and curls for arms.
