Brief Introduction

NEL****0L is oil-based one-component PU adhesive. It is suitable for laminating fabric to foam, foam to foam etc. Can be sprayed by manual or laminating machine.

Application Instructions

1.This product is suitable for spraying, roller coating and brush coating etc. The proper caliber of machine gun is 1.**2.0mm. The air pressure should be more than 4kg, atomization effect will be worse due to small gas amount or low air pressure, surely depending on different demands.

2. The adhesive should be cured as soon as possible after working, to avoid the adhesive layer loses adhesion. The opening time of spraying adhesive should be less than 5 minutes.

3. If the viscosity is too large, a proper amount of ketone solvent or ethyl ester can be added for dilution and the amount should be less than *0%.

4. When do the foam spraying, the adhesive point is going to be large, nonuniform or infiltrate into materials if the gun is too close to foam. Meanwhile, not be far away from the coated to avoid the adhesive being misty in the air. The recommended distance is ****0cm.

Packing Specifications:

Packed in *8kg(N.W.) metal drum.

Safety Measures:

NEL****0L is in compliance with the general chemical protection measures. Keep good ventilation in working environment, wear appropriate skin protection device and goggles in the process of using. If skin contacts with this product, wash the skin with water and soap. If eyes contact, irrigate copiously with plenty of clean and fresh water. In case of severe case, immediately seek for medical advice.

Storage and Transportation:

This product should be transported in well-sealed packaging to avoid sudden hot or collision. Stored in a well ventilated place and keep it away from fire.
