Basic information of wpc co-extrusion decking
The deck extruded from the mould meanwhile a plastic layer comes out and wrap the core tightly.
It consist two parts: the shell and the core
The shell( protective layer)
1. Made by hardness plastic HDPE after lightly sanded finish made its more comfortable and soft.
2. Natural-looking, after installation you may feel like that youre in the true natural wood environment.
The core
1. Made by wood powder and plastic, environmental friendly material.
2. Allow greater strength and durable.
3. Both parts come in wonderful extruded deck, its not easy to scratch and more stable than traditional wpc decking board.
The model
Now we have two kinds of co-extrusion wpc decking: S series, L series
S series: the surface is more soft, with Chinese characteristic. 4 kinds of models for choice.
L series: the surface looks more harder and no treatment after extruded, style is to the taste of USA, 4 kinds of model for choose.

We accept OEM and can make one side one color.

Main Feature(compared with the traditional wpc deck)

4.Water proof-the outer protective layer provides a dense protection which prevent the liquid permeating inside.
5.Better wearing resistance-according to the test we have done the co-extrusion deck provide better surface hardness, resistant scratch and abrasion.

2.Edging board

3.Clips
Stainless steel clips and plastic clips, every sqm need ****2pcs.

The products are packed with three layers, first with the foam paper, carton, waterproof tarpaulin, then use the pallets.
