This depositor doesn't have a a rotary valve which decrases the efficiency of the line by blocking time to time. And it's hopper can be manufactured closed type to assure a higher hygenic level. It has **4 pistons which is almost impossible with traditional depositors. The closed loop type hopper assures a consistent temper in the chocolate. And since there is no need to control the chocolate level in the hopper, chocolate pumps works smooth with a constant speed. The quality increases, the brake downs decreases with this system.
