Test step:

Powder: Weight 0.7g(*0% choline chloride) sample of 3 hours dried under *0°C, put in triangle flask. Add *0ml methanol(CH4O), with *0 minutes fully shake and blend, then filter. Rinse out and sludge three times separately with *0ml, *5ml, *5ml methanol. Combine filtrate with lotion, evaporate until dry, use *0ml glacial Acetic Acid to resolve, 2ml Anhydride Acetate, *0ml Hg Acetate and two drops of crystalline purple indicatory potion, use Perchloric Acid(HCIO4) standard solution (concentration is 0.1mol/L) titration to pure blue, simultaneously make lacuna.

Liquid: Weight 0.6g(*0%choline chloride) sample, add *0ml glacial Acetic Acid to, 2ml Anhydride Acetate, *0ml Hg Acetate and two drops of crystalline purple indicatory potion, use Perchloric Acid(HCIO4) standard solution (concentration is 0.1mol/L) titration to pure blue, simultaneously make lacuna.
