Technical principle
This
apparatus makes vehicle storage battery the power source, and can
defrost the oil in ***5 seconds after being powered when vehicles
are started in winter or low-temperature environment to ensure
perfect oil supply to diesels. When drive in low-temperature
environment, it can keep heating the oil to make successful supply
and avoid extinguish because paraffin congeals in diesel oil and
clogs the oil supply path. The heat element is ceramic thermistor,
which has the traits of constant temperature, temperature sensitive
and flux limitation; and its long working life, safe performance
without open fire, rapid heating, minimum influence from current
and voltage fluctuation, are much better than resistor wires.
2. Function principle
This apparatus performs well with high thermal efficiency and low
electricity consumption. The heat element turns electricity into
thermal energy and directly heat diesel oil. It heats the oil in
oil supply path, but not all those in oil tank. There is only a
small part of oil in oil supply path come to combustion chamber,
and most of them return to oil tank through returning tube. The
heated oil returned to oil tank is led to oil inlet for recycling.
The temperature of diesel motor will rise during working till
thermal balance with the environment is established, and the
returned oil is heated in further. The oil being heated is actually
the oil diesel motor consumed, so the electricity consumption is
tiny.
3. Advantage

-Extend working life of diesel: After being heated, viscosity of
diesel oil will drop, and improve its fluidity, make impurities
sediment and oil/water separation easier,
-Being safe and reliable：Due to
its characteristic of constant temperature, the heat element
adopted in this product can avoid overheating of diesel
oil.
-Long working life: The heat element can work successfully for **0
thousand miles under normal condition. Working life of other
elements is no less than that of the vehicles.

Structure
4.1
Heating parts: Heat booster is composed of ambroin cave, above
cover, pressure spring, ceramic thermistor heating piece, electric
conductive heat elimination metal piece, etc.
4.2
Temperature controller: It’s composed of thermo switch and electric
control system. When fuel oil temperature is 4℃ or
below, thermo switch and pilot relay will be activated, and the
heat booster start working; till fuel oil temperature reaches
about
*0℃, the
electric circuit will shut down and stop working.
