 Our company exports 2 kinds of cnc oil pump, namely, spindle cooling pump and thin oil electronic injection pump.
The spindle cooling pump's relative parameter:  Phase : three phase, Series:4P, Voltage: ******0V, Rpm: ********0rpm, Frequency:*0/*0Hz
Working way:
 It make full use of compressed air pump oil spray. Through the distributor, it can supply oil and gas, and can also be stained with roller skating pure oil supply. AC**0V use electric control circuit. The Injection time (****9 seconds) and the rest time (****9 seconds) can be adjusted continuously. When air pressure or hydraulic is insufficiency,the built-in alarm in the oil tank will ring, and meanwhile provide buzzer control signal output.
 1, cutting center of main shaft lubrication. It can make the spindle speed up, and at the same time to  make high temperature rise and limits the power consumption
 2, chain lubrication, spray or spray travel
 3, gear cutting tools, welding electrode, the sheet metal and metal structure of the coating
Features: electromagnetic drive, stable performance, wear-resisting.

The thin oil electric injection pump have 2 liters, 3 liters, 4 litters high strength plastic tank or format cans for your choice. Acording to different usage and different host can choice different type of the oiling machine.The purchase of configuration have liquid leval switch and pressure switch which can connect with the mainframe computer system,to realize the intermittence,lubrication,alarm integration.
