Hoya de don Miguel, company founded in ***1, settled in the southeast of Albacete, from the Sierra del Segura land (declared Biosfera Reserve by UNESCO and part of the European ecologic net), totally destinated to the production of Extra Virgin Ecological Olive Oil.

Picual, Cornicabra, Arbequina blended with our autoctone carieties Blanqueta and Manzanilla de Cuquillo, characteristic of these mountainous and dryness area, allow to develop the peculiar and extraordinary character.

The ecological extra virgin olive oil comes from ECOLOGICAL CULTIVATION OLIVES thanks to a European Union (EU) research program, which enables a no fertilizer, no chemical pesticides, no additives and no preservatives cultivation, all under the control of the Committee of Ecological Agriculture (C.A.A.E.).
