Heart problems are less likely to be occur in the Mediterranian Countries in which the oliveoil is consumed widely.  The most important effect of oliveoil about heart care is that it lowers the bad cholosterol in the blood. Cholosterol, as one of the biggest enemy of the heart, accumulates in the blood vessels and causes cardiovascular problems. Oliveoil prevents the blockings of arteries by keeping the cholosterol under control. Yet it is not the only advantage of oliveoil regarding the cardiovascular care. Oliveoil also plays an important role in keeping the blood pressure under control. In addition to those advantages, oliveoil also regulates the digestive system and works against gastritis and ulcers.
