Wheeled Tractor Hoist/Workover Rig

The series of wheeled tractor hoists/workover rigs are available for workover and service of oil, gas and water wells onshore. On the depth of prescribed wells, besides hoisting and lowering tubings, sucker rod, pumps and downhole tools, they are also used to fish in well troubles, extract in oil tests, pumping oil, thread making and drilling out.

The units are equipped with hydramechanical transmission systems, fixed-spindle, electric-hydraulic gearshift boxes, and total hydraulic steering control units. The chassis specially designed for the wheeled tractor hoists/workover rigs, are driven by four wheels, with the low pressure and wide base off-the-road tyres. The unit is equipped with hydraulic powered output ends. The series of TJ*2/** workover rigs is equipped with mast itself, and the rope slots on the draw works roller are the type of "Libas", and hydraulic drawworks and catheads. Equipped with single section masts, TJ*2A*1 wheeled tractor hoists are used to get out oil or sand.

Our wheeled tractor hoists/workover rigs are widely used all over the oilfields in China, such as Daqing, Lianhe, Shengli, Zhongyuan, Shanbei Oilfields.TJ*2 wheeled tractor hoist was approved by China National Petroleum Corporation and awarded the second prize of the Petroleum Ministry. TJ*2/*0A and TJ*2/*0B wheeled tractor hoists/workover rigs were nationally patented.
