Open Turbine Impeller Three Sway Leaves Turbo-agitator

This blender series has the same rules as the six leaves and four leaves openning turbine blenders,and is applicable to the conditions where unit volume power consumption is not large.In the conditions of slow speed,it is same as the oar blender,so  its application is wide.According to the requirements,the stable plant can be designed as two types as canister and slice.If the slice is adopted, the W in the code should be changed to P.The common condition is μ<****0 cp,n=*****0 rpm,V=***0m/s,Dj/D=0.**0.8,usual adopted 0.4. The wide blender is B/Dj=0.2,the narrow blender is B/DJ=0.**5.

The flat blade impeller and curved blade impeller are radial flow.When there is baffle,the upper and down circulating flows the blade boundary.There are also axial shunting,nearly axial flow type for the opposite pitched subsidiary blade impeller.
