Organic Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil is a premium, Extra Virgin oil, Cold Pressed from the flesh of the ripe Avocado (Persea americana) to retain the characteristic pure avocado oil flavour. Avocado oil contains Omega 9 Fatty Acids and offers a low proportion of saturated fatty acids of the total fat content and contains the vitamin and antioxidant Vitamin E. The Vibrant green colour is attributed to high levels of chlorophyll and carotenoid pigments extracted into the oil. Cold Pressed Avocado Oil has the highest smoke point of any extra virgin oil (≥**0°C); thus it is one of the healthiest oils to use for all types of cooking. Natural Cold Pressed Avocado Oil boasts a long list of nutritional benefits but is especially useful for people suffering from skin conditions. Within the skincare industry it is valued for its regenerative and moisturising properties because of its high skin penetration and rapid absorption. 
 

New Zealand produces avocado and organic avocado for fruit export and avocado oil and organic avocado oil production. Although current domestic production is about 2% of the global supply of avocados, current total export means that New Zealand is the ninth largest exporter of avocados in the world.
