Features of Single Shaft Paddle Mixer:
1. It has wide applications in lots of industries. For large differences of particle sizes, proportion, the mixing performance is very good.
2. The batch mixing time is short. As per different raw materials and particle sizes, the mixing time is from 3 minutes to 5 minutes. It is suitable for high output industries.
3. Vacuum or air inflation is also applicable to some special purposes. 
4. The vessel fabrication is stable, robust and easy to install and maintain. The whole mixing process is reliable which results in low maintenance and low wear. 
5. Compare with vertical mixer, the plant height demand is lower.
6. For special industries like dry mortar, wear resistance treatment for paddles and choppers is good for machine performance. 
7. The minimal gap between paddle and vessel ensures mixing efficiency and minimal dead spots as well as residue. 
8. Air purge seal for the main shaft seal performs stably and reliably which results in low maintenance and long service life.
9. High speed choppers contribute to break lumps and agglomerates easily which is good for mixing efficiency especially for special raw materials or liquid additives.
