Products we have in our portfolio are:   pasta water vegetables fruits olive oil and aromatic oils biscuits and typical Sicilian sweets typical Sicilian liquors (limoncello, cinnamon, mandarin) a vast range of honey (please note that Sicily is the only place where the orange blossom honey is produced) coffee jams pistachio products (sweets, liquors, “pistachio pesto” for pasta and cream for bread as Nutella) juices characteristic Sicilian gastronomy, both sweet and sour. This range of products is composed by a vast number of tasty small pieces, usually served as finger food for cocktail snacks or parties (for the sour range we have tasty rounded rice, small “pizza margherita,half moon small wrapped pizzawith cheese and ham, wrapped pastry filled with cheese, ham, tomato and onion, etc.) – (for the sweet range we have soft sponge cake with sweetricotta covered by a smooth layer of glazing, sugar and candied fruit, crunchy peel, filled withricottacream, chocolate drops and candied fruit, fried and soft brioche filledwithcream or chocolate, etc.).
