TITAN **0 H - simple and reliable single-action high pressure compaction machine.

It can use different raw materials like sand, fly ash, crushed stone (granit and limestone) and others.

Our high pressure brick making machine can be used for produciton of wide range of products like wall concrete bricks and blocks, pavement tiles, curbstones for roads and for pavements and others.

Titan **0 H can be modified for production color bricks like pavement tiles.

Technology description

1. With High-Low pressure double vane pump and fluid valves inside, the forming period is shortened.

2.Little noise, and green produce can be stacked to save stocking space and labours.

3.With mechanic-electronic-hydraulic integration, liquid circulates automatically.

4. Controlled by PLC, the parameter adjustment is shown on the color screen of PLC. This is the machine controlled by inteligent system . The working state and errors will be shown automatically on the screen. System alarm shows where the errors are, at the same time, it is possible to check and repair the machines from long-distant assistance, which can keep clients away from worrying about after-sale service and machine maintenance.

5. Be suitable to produce bricks in various sizes bricks using different materials to meet versatile needs, such as color paving brick, standard brick, lintels grass planting brick, products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and items made of construction slags. etc.

6. Materials are laid automatically at quick speed. The products are shaped directly without vibration. The sizes are more precise.
