Working Principle of Shanghai Tarzan VSI Sand making machine
The materials fall into the impeller from the head of the machine and with the function of high-speed centrifugal force, they 
strongly hit against and highly grind the other parts of the materials bypass flowing around the impeller in an umbrella form.
After mutual impaction and between the impeller and the machine shell, the materials will move like a vortex and will be

Materials fall into the high-speed rotary impellers from the top of the machine, accelerated by the centrifugal force, it strongly grinds with the other part of material flowing around the impellers in an umbrella form. After their impaction, the eddy will be formed between the impellers and the machine shell. In the eddy the materials are impacted, rubbed and pulverized for many times and discharged from the bottom of the machine.
