Features:

*-Cutting structure:Matrix material of the bit adopts high quality steel and wear-resistance material with high performance is built-up welded on the surface of blades to prevent matrix body from eroding. By using high performance PDC cutters of better wear resistanc,better impact strength and better thermal stability .

Cutting structure is force balanced,non-symmetrical and wide gage are designed so that the bit drills more table and resulting longer working life of the bit.

*-Cleaning and Cooling system:By using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology the hydraulic system of the bits is optimized to enhance cleaning and cooling effect and thus avoid balling and improve ROP of the bit.

Interchangeable screw nozzles were adopted.

Applicable formation:

Suitable for soft to medium hard formations
