Together with the China Academy of Railway Sciences and the Capital Steel & Iron Corporation, our company has developed this production line, which is a patent product named pre-stressing steel bar auto-coating line. It has passed the acceptance check and already been put into batch producing. Pre-stressing steel bar is suitable for no-residue track plate of the high railway. Automatically unloading, lubricating, coating, sealing and cutting are the main functions of this production line. The produced steel bar can meet the technical requirements of the no-residue track plate, it id also a patented product first made in China.
