PE Wood Composite (WPC ) Profile Production Line

Characteristics of the production line: adopts frequency inverter extruder, the optimal specially designed screw for PE WPC material, capacity increases *0%, and power saving reaches to *0%; equipped with special reducer, the barrel and screw are under bimetallic treatment, which is unti-wear and corrosion resistance. The PE and wood material can be either mixed and extruded directly or separate into two steps, i.e. granulation first, and then extrude for final product. The optimal designed screw has the advantages of long shearing, not easy to cut off the wood fiber, and keep material stay evenly in the extruder. PE WPC Finished Product Characteristics: environment protective, water proof, damp proof, anti-corrosion, mildew prevent and deformation resistance, and it recyclable. The products have very good wood texture, beautiful color, no need to further treatment, especially suitable to use in damping environment.
