GINDE PE-RT PIPELINE SYSTEM Ginde PE-RT pipeline is extruded to form pure PE pipeline. The raw material is Dowlex***4E from U.S.A. It has a unique molecular structure with a controlled side chain distribution, which provides excellent stress crack resistance properties combined with outstanding Long Term Hydrostatic Strength. Connection method of screw fitting a) Cut pipes according to the required length and bevel the open with beveller and chamfer angle b) Screw the nut and C-ring on the pipe respectively c) Put the Ginde exclusive adhesive onto the inner core of fitting d) Insert the inner core of fitting into pipe completely e) Pull the C-ring and nut back and screw the nut on the outer screw of fitting with spanner B. Hot-melting connection a) Vertically Cut the pipe with special cutter, the cut should be smooth, no burr or raw edge b) Mark a line of required length on the end of hot-melting c) Choose the heating part of hot-melting machine according to the diameter of the pipe and then power on and pre-heating. d) The indication lamp of operating temperature is light, at the same time; insert the pipe and the fitting into the hot-melting machine to the marked part without turning. e) After the fixed time of heating, put off the pipe and fitting and quickly insert the pipe into the fitting to the fixed length without turning.
